The Child and Family Therapy Center of Denver is excited to provide behavioral health and psychiatric services for children, adolescents and adults!
We welcome Dr. Kim Minich to our team from Integrative Health Centers. Dr. Minich is a nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in pediatrics.
First and foremost, Dr. Minich is a mother to five children and is also a foster parent. She believes that each and every child is so unique and requires individualized care. She loves children and loves to see healthy, happy families. Dr. Minich ensures her patients feel valued and cared for and is dedicated to helping each child and family reach their fullest potential.
Dr. Minich treats children ages 2 and up, as well as adolescents and adults. She does her very best to listen to the concerns of both children and their families to derive the best treatment plan. She realizes there is no one that knows your child better than you!
Dr. Minich will assess the mental health status of each patient by studying their relevant medical history, performing psychiatric evaluations, and identifying risk factors that may affect mental health. Using evidence-based assessments and a whole person approach, Dr. Minich will make diagnoses and determine the most effective plan of care for each individual.
As a part of her treatment, Dr. Minich can provide medication management for pediatric and adult psychiatric conditions including but not limited to ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression, when clinically necessary. She provides close follow up with patients and families to ensure the best treatment approach for the best outcomes.
