Taryn is a Licensed Practicing Counselor, and is a certified Child Parent Psychotherapy provider who has worked with children in various capacities for over 10 years. She completed her Master’s of Arts in Counseling in 2014 from Regis University in Denver.
The majority of Taryn’s professional history has focused on children and their families, primarily in outpatient and community settings. Through her volunteer opportunities, Taryn has also worked closely with the foster and adoption community in Denver. She has extensive experience working with children who have experienced trauma and understands the importance of the relationship between the child and the caregiver.
She strives to provide a comforting and non-judgmental environment and believes developing a strong connection with children and their families is the cornerstone of moving towards change.
