Kelly is a seasoned leader who has been involved in building private and non-profit organizations across several industries. In May 2019, she joined The Child & Family Therapy Center of Denver, a leading pediatric therapy organization serving children and families throughout Colorado. Previously, she led Impresa Financial, a financial services firm that helps technology companies and sales organizations increase revenue through custom financing solutions.
Prior to Impresa, Kelly led Discover Capital, a private equity firm which focused on investing in the lower middle market. She worked for Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper to launch the Colorado Innovation Network as its appointed Executive Director. Kelly spent the first twelve years of her career working directly in and as a strategy consultant to the media, technology, and healthcare industries. She has extensive experience developing and executing marketing, growth and innovation strategies for early-stage startups as well as Fortune 50 corporations. Kelly holds board, advisory, and investor roles for 10+ early stage and non-profit organizations. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
